Terms & Conditions

  • Only a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children are allowed per room. An extra bed is available upon request at B$25.00
    with breakfast and B$20.00 without breakfast per night.
  • Parties, functions and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the guest rooms.
  • Smoking inside the guest rooms and other public areas inside and outside the hotel is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be
    charged B$300.00 to the guest’s account.
  • Excessive use of glitters/confetti & stains on pillows, bedsheets, carpet and on any hotel property incurred at the guest rooms
    will be charge to guest accordingly.
  • Application of paint, nails, screws, etc. in walls and ceilings and removal of fixed furniture inside rooms and hotel premises are
    strictly prohibited.
  • Any items that will cause fire and such as candles, incense sticks, oil burners, additional furnishings, etc. are strictly prohibited.
  • Any damages or breakages incurred inside the guest rooms will be charged to the guest accordingly.
  • The hotel shall not be responsible for money, jewelry and/or other valuables belonging to guests and shall not liable for any loss
    or damaged suffered by guest/s/and/or other occupants of the room. Kindly use the Safety Deposit Box provided in the room.
  • If any guest behaves inappropriately or illegally, we reserve the right to ask the guest and their party to leave the hotel premises before the end of their booking period. Any refund for doing so will be entirely at Star Lodge Management discretion.
  • The hotel has the right to retract any or all rooms from the guest as the management deems reasonable and the deposit
    will then be forfeited.

    Swimming Pool Terms & Conditions:
    There is no lifeguard on duty. The use of swimming pool, water features and other activities is at your own risk.
    Children must be supervised at all time. The management shall not be held responsible for any form of accident
    resulting in injury, loss, damage, or death.
