Every steps on the sand…

Love is something that plays through heart… We can hear and feel every beat of our heart  to someone that we truly love. And it is truly inspirational and heart melting to see one of our guests showed the love within their hearts.

Before the month ends, let us share to you one of the heart melting experience happened this July 2018.

It is a pleasure to serve our two beloved guests, Mr. Howard and Mrs. Gloria, who showed love not only between them, but they let it reach our hearts as well.

20th of July, 2018, 7:16pm, we first encountered Ms. Gloria who reached our messenger and inquired about the room availability for the 21st of July 2018. It was a long conversation and she decided to take our Deluxe Room for her husband’s special night.

21st of July, 2018, morning, our team helped her cater her needs for the special day of her husband. We looked for a cute special cake for the birthday surprise during the breakfast on 22nd of July. This was the day as well that we finally met in person the lovely couple. She requested as well a room decoration to surprise her husband.

21st of July, 2018: 6:42pm, the couple left the hotel to spend their time together and gave us the time to decorate their room.

22nd of July 2018: morning, we prepared all the things we need, to surprise Ms. Gloria’s husband with a simple cake and simple happy birthday song. (No rehearsal at all for the singing )

22nd of July 2018,  8:25am, the couple went down for their breakfast, everyone was alert, we just waited for a few moments before we start the birthday surprise greeting.

22nd of July 2018,  8:30am, our team slowly stepped forward our feet, while holding a guitar and the cute special cake with the light candle on, few seconds flew away, and we saw from Ms. Gloria’s eyes the excitement so we started  strumming the guitar and sing the happy birthday song going to their table…

It was a lovely and very inspirational experience for us to have the two of you as our guest at Star Lodge!

Thank you for the cooperation of the staff from f&b, marketing, banquet, housekeeping, concierge and front office; we couldn’t have make the special night be memorable for the couple without the help of the all the department.

Thank you again Mr. Howard and Mrs. Gloria for choosing Star Lodge to spend one of your special day that will be in our hearts forever. We will never forget both of you and the heart melting feedback we received.
