Booking Terms & Conditions
By placing a booking with us, you agree to abide by the Hotel Terms and Conditions and booking policy stated below of Star Lodge. Your personal data will be used to proceed with your booking. If you have any further questions and clarifications, please Contact Us before making or proceeding with your booking.
Check- in & Check-out
- Check-in time is from 2:00pm. Early check-in is subjected to room availability and B$10 charges will be applied per hour before check-in time
- Check-out time is by 11:00am and succeeding hours will be charge at B$10 per hour until 6:00pm. Beyond 6:00pm, overnight rate will be applied.
Rates, Deposit & Payment
- Rates are quoted in Brunei Dollars (BND)
- Rates indicated are based to the number of nights of your stay. Rates are subjected to changes when booking date is amended.
- We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. At the time of booking you will be informed of prices applicable. The price stated on the booking confirmation is binding.
- A cash deposit of B$50 for each night or a valid credit is required in addition of the full payment of the booked room/s.
- Total room rate will be charge once booking is confirmed
- Room booking is Non-refundable and Non-cancellation
- Non-arrival or no-show guests who are unable to attend for whatever reason, deposit paid, and full amount of the booking will not be refunded.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking
Our Right to Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.
